Terms & Conditions 

1.      The charges Rs. _______________for undertaking said task is agreed upon by both the part e.g. Mr.NIkunj Ravat and The client.

2.      100 % of Fees required to be deposited in advance to commence the task.

    (કાર્ય શરૂ કરવા માટે 100% ફી અગાઉથી જમા કરવાની રહેશે.)

3.      The task would be completed in ____ working days, however if due to unavoidable circumstances if time period extends Mr. Nikunj Ravat shall 

      Charge NO extra fees for paid task.

      આ કાર્ય ____ કાર્યકારી દિવસોમાં પૂર્ણ થશે, જો કે અનિવાર્ય સંજોગોને લીધે જો સમયની મુદત લંબાશે તો નિકુંજ રાવત ચૂકવેલ કાર્ય માટે કોઈ વધારાની ફી લેશે નહીં.

4.      Mr.Nikunj Ravat under takes full responsibility to keep the matter most confidential & secret and shall not reveal to any third party.

      શ્રી નિકુંજ રાવત આ મામલાને સૌથી ગુપ્ત અને ગુપ્ત રાખવા માટે સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી લે છે અને તે કોઈ પણ તૃતીય પક્ષને જાહેર કરશે નહીં.

5.      Mr. Nikunj Ravat may request for additional expenses may / likely to occur for obtaining certain information with prior consent of the client.

      શ્રી નિકુંજ રાવત ગ્રાહકની અગાઉની સંમતિથી ચોક્કસ માહિતી મેળવવા માટે વધારાના ખર્ચની / સંભવિત વિનંતી કરી શકે છે.

6.      The fees are totally Non-Refundable in all the cases, however in certain cases where Nikunj Ravat finds it impossible to penetrate in accessing    

      information may refund the balance amount deducting the cost & efforts involved during the process.

      ફી તમામ કેસોમાં તદ્દન બિન-પરતપાત્ર છે, તેમ છતાં, અમુક કિસ્સાઓમાં જ્યાં નિકુંજ રાવતને માહિતી સુધી પહોંચવામાં અશક્ય લાગ્યું છે, તે પ્રક્રિયા દરમિયાનના ખર્ચ અને પ્રયત્નોને બાદ 

      કરતાં બાકી રકમ ચૂકવી શકે છે.

7.      The client, by signing this is agreeing as undertaking for engaging Mr. Nikunj Ravat in investigation of his / her personal matter, and any legal liabilities       arising in the course of investigation shall be borne by the client.

      ક્લાયંટ, આ ફોર્મ પર સહી કરીને, શ્રી નિકુંજ રાવતને તેના અંગત મામલાની તપાસમાં સામેલ કરવાના ઉપરોક્ત બાબતમાં સંમત છે અને તપાસ દરમિયાન ઉદ્ભવતા કોઇપણ 

      કાનૂની  જવાબદારીઓ ફક્ત ક્લાયંટ દ્વારા ઉઠાવવામાં આવશે.

8.      Mobile Monitoring Software/tool: You agree to comply with all applicable laws in our country regarding the use of this software. You must own the               device or must have the appropriate consent of the owner before the install. The user of the device must have the knowledge that you can see his/her       personal data. If you install the software on a phone that you do not have or you do not have the appropriate consent, you are out of law, Mr.Nikunj             Ravat will in no case be held responsible for your actions. You agree Mr.Nikunj ravat is not responsible for any misuse or caused damage

     Mobile Monitoring Software/tool : તમે મોબાઈલ મોનીટરીંગ સોફ્ટવેર નો ઉપયોગ અંગે દેશમાં લાગુ પડતા તમામ કાયદાનું પાલન કરવા સંમત છો, તમારી પાસે મોબાઇલ ડિવાઈસ ની       માલિકી હોવી જોઈએ અથવા ઇન્સ્ટોલ કરતા પહેલા ડિવાઈસ ના માલિકની યોગ્ય સંમતી હોવી જોઈએ, ડિવાઈસ ના માલિક પાસે સોફ્ટવેર નું જ્ઞાન ન હોય તેવું બની શકે છે પણ તમે તેના              વ્યક્તિગત ડેટા જોઈ શકો છો, જો તમે ફોન માં સોફ્ટવેર ઇન્સ્ટોલ કરો છો જે તમારી પાસે નથી અથવા તમારી પાસે યોગ્ય સંમતી નથી જે કાયદા વિરુદ્ધ છે જેમાં શ્રી નિકુંજભાઈ રાવત કોઇપણ        સંજોગોમાં તમારી કાયદાકીય બાબત માટે જવાબદાર રહેશે નહિ તેમજ તમે સંમત થાવ છો કે શ્રી નિકુંજ રાવત કોઇપણ દુરૂપયોગ અથવા નુકશાન માટે જવાબદાર નથી

9.      This is subject to Rajulacity jurisdiction.

10.  I have voluntarily consented to my personal purpose to investigate Mr.Nikunj Ravat by _____________ to investigate the above matter.

      ઉપરોક્ત બાબત તપાસ કરવા મેં _____________________  એ શ્રી નિકુંજભાઈ રાવતને ઈન્વેસ્ટીગેશન કરવા માટે મારી સ્વેચ્છાએ મારા અંગત હેતુ માટે સહમતી આપેલ છે.
